Catalan, Barcelona-based experimental double bass player-electronics player-label owner Àlex Reviriego is known for his role in the free improvising trios Phicus and The Devil, Probably or the orchestral Memoria Uno, and the free jazz Liba Villavecchia Trio. He tells about other obsessions besides free music, the books of French poet-writer Arthur Rimbaud’s Une saison en enfer (A Season in Hell, 1873), and American author Cormac McCarthy’s epic historical Blood Meridian (1985).
