I don’t go to conservatories very often but there is a teaching that should be the basis of any training activity for musicians: after having found and activated their sound sources, musicians must feel the need to make the sounds come alive, to give them a dimension capable of stimulating an implicit well-being in listening; this means establishing an arcane and almost incomprehensible relationship between sounds and an indefinite universe of positive sensations.
