PRCDR, the album, and the Viennese experimental duo of drummer-composer Judith Schwarz and bassist-composer-producer Many Mayr bring together two busy musicians with diverse and versatile musical interests.
Schwarz plays in the electric dance trio Other:M:other, the jazz quintet chuffDRONE, and in the free improvised duo with sax player Lisa Hofmaninger, and has played with Franz Hautzinger, Sylvie Courvoisier, Angelika Niescier, and Mariá Portugal.
Mayr plays in the jazz quintet 5K HD (with vocalist Mira Lu Kovacs), the experimental jazz quartet Kompost 3, the avant-rock trio Radian, and the contemporary ensemble Studio Dan. He also guested in other contemporary ensembles like Klangforum Wien
